We have done our quality controls over the following aspects.
1. Make wash and wear test both on fabric and garments to ensure all the potential problems are solved before production is proceeded.
2. Pay attention to the rayon, viscose and stripe fabrics during cutting, make sure the grian lines are being cut straigtly and will not affect the look of the garments.
3. For light woven we do 5 stitches per 1cm while for heavy women we do 5 stitches per 2cm in order to have a fine look, and make sure the sitthes goes straight at all places.
4. Preshrink the the fabric of silk, viscose, cotton before cutting do make sure the measurements are kept as requested.
5. Arrange mid term and final inspection on the production to make sure all the products are qualified and up to standard before shipment.
